Someday's Dreamers: Yume Kikuchi

I wouldn't be surprised if you haven't heard of the manga/anime Someday's Dreamers. Yume Kikuchi is the protagonist of the first season as well as the two-volume manga. She is a quiet girl from the countryside striving to become a full-fledged magic user (mage in the anime). I had never read Spellbound or seen the second season, but would love to if I can find the time.
